Processing time is typically 3-7 business days after all supporting documentation and co-applicants applications are submitted. Supporting documentation can be emailed (photo IDs and proof of income). Please drive by any properties of interest. We can only only consider you for one unit at a time, do not apply more than once. However, your application is good for 90 days, and can be transferred to a different unit.

Once your application has been approved and you have been offered the property we will draw up a lease agreement, and within 24 hours tenant must sign and pay security deposit and can view the property in person if they choose to do so, otherwise we will offer it to the next applicant. To move in and get the keys we require you to pay both the security deposit and the first month’s prorated rent. Please note, all properties are rented as is.
