We are looking for an excellent tenant for our clean and sunny two bedroom one bath end unit, of a triplex located in Eureka. The town house has a detached carport with storage and laundry on site. We pay for garbage and water. This unit does have a fenced patio area and small yard with lots of sun, but we do not accept pets. The kitchen has tiled counters, frig, dishwasher and a pantry.
