Roomy duplex in the heart of town right near the plaza and a short walk to HSU, restaurants, supermarkets and public transportation. The space has two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and kitchen/dining/living area downstairs. Gas range, gas heating. Laminate floors downstairs; carpet upstairs. Small private patio, big yard shared with other residents, onsite tandem parking for two vehicles.

Landlord pays garbage/recycling. Tenants pays other utilities.

No pets. No smokers only. Smoke free property.

Maximum of three people, prefer two. Month to month rental agreement (but not looking for a short term tenancy). $1450 per month rent; $1800 secutity deposit. Must be available to view the place in person.
